• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, button clicks, checkout events, generator events, device and browser information, approximate location from network data, and referral or campaign context.

How We Use Information

• provide accounts, sticker generation, exports, downloads, credits, and billing;

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment method details, billing details, tax information, fraud signals, invoices, receipts, and customer portal activity according to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We store Stripe identifiers and payment status so that we can grant credits, manage subscriptions, handle refunds, and reconcile billing events.

AI and Storage Providers

To generate sticker packs, we may send uploaded images, prompts, and generation settings to AI service providers. We may store uploaded or generated files with storage providers so that you can preview, download, or export outputs.

We use these providers only as needed to operate StickerPackAI, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, or comply with legal and payment obligations.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate StickerPackAI, including authentication, email, analytics, payments, storage, AI generation, error monitoring, and customer support providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Generated assets and uploaded files may be deleted or expire according to product limits, storage policies, or account lifecycle rules.

You can manage your account and billing settings from the app. You can contact us to request help with account access, billing records, refunds, data questions, or deletion requests. Some billing, tax, fraud, and security records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including provider-side payment handling, webhook signature verification, access controls, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
