These Terms of Service govern your use of StickerPackAI, including our website, AI sticker generation tools, digital credits, subscriptions, downloadable files, and related support services. By using StickerPackAI, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information when creating an account, buying credits, or starting a subscription.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, payment risk, attempts to bypass usage limits, or activity that violates these Terms.
StickerPackAI sells digital credits, subscription plans, and one-time digital purchases. Credits are used to generate sticker packs and may expire according to the plan or package shown at purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may handle card details, wallet payments, invoices, tax information, fraud checks, customer portal access, and payment receipts. Subscription customers can manage billing details, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the billing settings or by contacting support.
Prices, credit amounts, renewal terms, and package details are shown on the pricing or checkout page before purchase. We may update pricing or plan features, but changes do not retroactively change already completed purchases.
You may upload images or provide prompts to generate sticker packs. You must have the rights or permission needed to use any image, text, or other content you submit.
You retain rights to your original uploads. You grant StickerPackAI the limited rights needed to process uploads, generate sticker outputs, provide downloads, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and handle support or refund requests.
AI-generated outputs can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing generated files before using, publishing, or sharing them.
You agree not to use StickerPackAI to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or intended to impersonate others without permission. You also agree not to reverse engineer the service, abuse rate limits, attack infrastructure, resell automated access, or interfere with other users.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because StickerPackAI provides digital credits and AI-generated outputs, used credits and delivered files may be non-refundable except where required by law or where our service failed to deliver usable output.
If you see a duplicate, unauthorized, or unrecognized charge, please contact us before opening a bank dispute so we can review the Stripe payment record and account activity.
StickerPackAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation results, or compatibility with every third-party platform.
We may update these Terms when our product, pricing, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page.
