Refund policy for StickerPackAI digital credits, subscriptions, and image generation services.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for StickerPackAI purchases. StickerPackAI provides digital credits and AI-generated image outputs, so some purchases become non-refundable once credits are used or generated files are delivered.
Unused credit packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. If any credits from a package have been used to generate sticker packs, the used portion is not refundable.
If a generation fails because of a StickerPackAI service error and no usable image output is delivered, we may restore the affected credits to your account.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If you believe a renewal was accidental, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review these requests based on account usage, credits consumed, and generated outputs delivered during the billing period.
Lifetime purchases are one-time digital purchases. They can be refunded within 7 days only if the included credits have not been used.
If you see a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a charge you do not recognize, contact us before opening a bank dispute. We will review the Stripe payment record, account activity, and generation history.
For suspected fraud or early fraud warnings, we may refund or cancel the payment to prevent disputes and protect the account.
Please contact us with the email address used for the purchase, the Stripe receipt or payment ID if available, and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.
